He stated that the administration is dedicated to ensuring that unlawful entrance into the nation is no longer an issue.

“I am glad the officials caught these people despite the problems they encounter in their employment, particularly those in the hinterlands and hard-to-reach locations,” the MCE stated. “However, I urge them to keep up the excellent work and assist secure the borders.”

As a result, he pleaded with the government to provide sufficient supplies and staff to enable the team to function properly.

Meanwhile, Mr Lugudor has advised citizens to constantly be ready to warn the immigration authorities of unlawful actions along the border.

Commuters’ identities should be known by transportation firms, and those with dubious identities should be reported to security operations.

He told media that the assembly, in coordination with the Immigration Service, has begun rounding up all illegal immigrants in Ketu South as part of attempts to clear the state of any security problems in time for the Christmas season.

Mr Frederick Baah Doudu has also urged members of the public to assist the task force by reporting suspicious activity.
