Kinaata Expects that Hasaacas Ladies’ Performance Would Motivate Sekondi Hasaacas.

Artiste Kofi Kinaata has challenged Sekondi Hasaacas to follow in the footsteps of Hasaacas Ladies, who excelled in the inaugural edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League.

In the inaugural season of the CAF Women’s Champions League, Hasaacas Ladies earned the hearts of Ghanaians. The team, which qualified for the tournament by winning the Ghana Women’s Premier League and the WAFU Zone B tournament, aimed to extend their domination across Africa.

The Hasmal Ladies became the first team to qualify for the first final of the CAF Women’s Champions League after finishing first in their group without losing a game and defeating AS Far in the semi-final.

However, they were defeated by Mamelodi Sundowns and did not win gold. Despite this, Hasaacas performed admirably and dominated the team of the tournament, with five of its players participating.

Kinaata has urged Sekondi Hasaacas, who are now playing in Ghana’s lower divisions, to be encouraged and go up as a consequence of their accomplishments.

“We’re making a call to the masculine side.” That should serve as motivation for the masculine contingent. They should be motivated by the women and increase their efforts. In an interview with JoySports, Kinaata remarked, “I know they’re doing their best, but they should ‘dooo’ something.”

Kinaata, who has supported Hasaacas Ladies throughout the CAF Women’s Champions League, is pleased with the team.

“I was meant to meet them,”. They had a match in Accra, and I was meant to go see it, but I guess I had another commitment, so I couldn’t. I wouldn’t turn down the chance to meet them. They’ve done an outstanding job and have made the entire country proud. They should pick themselves up, even if they weren’t able to go for the ultimate — it’s OK. Kinaata stated, “We’re OK with it.”
