King Promise Sets The O2 Arena Ablaze.


As promised, WizKid’s ‘Made In Lagos Tour’ filled the o2 Venue in London, and Wizkid, who saw the “Essence” of putting his dear buddy and one of Ghana’s most adored and favorite music icons, King Promise, on stage, electrified the arena with his performance.

Throughout the concert, fans from all around the world shared their delight, love, and excitement for both King Promise and Wizkid on social media.

Stormzy, Chelsea footballer Romelo Lukaku, Gabrielle Union, Ella Mai, Skepta, and Big Smoke were among the foreign artists that performed at the Afro music event.

Wizkid first invited Chris Brown out as a special guest at one of his shows in Ghana, and now, 8 years later, Wizkid invites Chris Brown out in London for a wonderful stay performance with Tems, Buju, LAX, and Afro B.

King Promise lights up O2 Arena

There was a brief homage to Virgil Abloh, the founder of fashion label Off-White and the first African American to serve as artistic director of Louis Vuitton, who died at the age of 41 in Chicago after a battle with illness.

Wizkid, who is also scheduled to play at AfroChella21 in Ghana in December, is expected to surprise fans at King Promise’s “Promise Land – (Home Coming Edition) event” on the 24th of December at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.
