Ghanaian Legend Asamoah Gyan has totally lost his form

Legon cities new appointed coach Bashir Hayford has been on the glimpse of the legend as he concludes that the skipper has completely lost his form and there’s a lot to be done to recover the lone striker who has taken Ghana higher in both International and African competitions.

Asamoah Gyan penned a one-year deal with Legion cities on October and they have already played their fifth game of the season following a 1-0 loss to Asante Kotoko on Friday.

Coach Bashir Hayford in his post match conference said that there’s a lot to be done to bring him to his top level and he believes if he is able to make an average of his form, he can help the team a lot as expect by the board and the nation as a whole.

“Yes, we could have won it [against Kotoko] because we squandered some begging chances that we could have buried it,” he added

Legon cities have recorded only one goal of the season so far out of their fifth game, which was converted from the penalty spot.

The Ghanaian legend has 51 goals in all international appearancnces being Ghana’s all time top scorer. His recent form was eluded from being nine months out of action before joining the Ghana premier league side.

There are so many talks going around the club and the coach has held his hopes high to gear the legend to his best form.
